This is a fully furnished ranch style home with a walk out basement and deep 2 car garage. The back deck is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or a nice bbq dinner. In the last year we have had a new water heater installed, as well as new granite countertops and appliances in the kitchen. Yard Service, pest control, and Trash are paid for by owner. We pride ourselves in keeping our home in top notch shape so please treat our home with respect. It has a strict no pet and no smoking policy Renter is responsible for all utilities, including Gas, Water, and electric. Renter is responsible for internet service. Owner is responsible for weekly trash service fees any extra trash fees (ex: extra bins or excess trash) will be charged to renter. Owner will have a yard service set up to keep the yard maintained.
