I am not listing it with any real estate company's cause I'm unsure if I want to sell it for sure... but money talks This land backs up to a chunk a guy owns about 1000 acres and is very private and nice Since I bought a 2nd house in the area and I have a commercial lot i'm remodeling the building on right now, I Really don't need the land having the other 3 places too.. and one in Orlando will be going for sale when finish the remodel.. I have a lot of it mowed down and brushed out all the way around it... be a nice building spot for your dream home quiet and secluded but close to everything... downtown Inverness is only 3 miles, really only about 5 miles from everything there.. Ocala 22 miles up the road... lake Henderson and all the chain of lakes is only couple miles to either boat landing... I own this property out right nothing owed against it we could close tomorrow.... I will answer your thought's for you NO I WON'T take 65k or 70k for it, if you don't have real offers and have your funds in order to buy it no reason wasting my or your time.... I have no issues keeping the land, that's on thing they aren't making any more of and it's a nice beautiful lot in a nice area... $86,000.00 or a close reasonable offer...there's not a lot of nice big lots for sale close to anything... I see half acre lots listed around here from 11,500 to 29,000 so mine is a good price for a nice big chunk.
