    5/3/2 great house, great neighborhood, let the kids walk to school. Very spacious bedrooms. House is empty and shows nicely, newer appliances, more pictures to come. ALL ROOM SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE; BUYER TO VERIFY Zillow has been horrible with letting me list my house on their platform. House is 5/3/2, but Zillow made me say there are 7 rooms so once again this is a 5/3/2 yet the ad says 7 rooms. There are 5 bedrooms plus a sitting room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and large open room downstairs includes LR,DR, Family room, and nook. Owners are offering a 2% commission to any licensed real estate agent that brings us a buyer. OWNERS ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A LISTING AGENT !!!!
