Hi everyone! I have a private room with a shared bathroom becoming available April 1st! (Picture of room is old before I purchased the house, I don't have an empty picture of the room) I have one other female tenant living here, we are excited to have another person join our house hold(: You would be sharing the bathroom with another great female tenant. We live in a peaceful gated community in Murray about a 7 minute walk to Murray park. 10 minute walk to EOS gym and Macys grocery store. There are LOTS and LOTS of conveniences close by (restaurants, mall, bars, park, hospital, close access to I-15/ I 2-15, and close to the cotton woods) yet you can walk right out our back yard, sit and read with little car noise, a gorgeous view and sound of the river running through the backyard. Right across the front porch is a community pool, just past your reserved parking spot. The pool is open during the summer and it's a great spot to lay out, read, and cool off. The common areas of the house are fully furnished. We have a 77in OLED tv and sound system that we like to utilize in the living room (It's like a movie theater at your house!), Large capacity washer/dryer in the unit, fully stocked kitchen with anything you'd need to cook and clean. Outdoor furniture and fire pit that is a wonderful aspect of the house. We love to hangout back there during summer nights! I am a massage therapist, my roommate is a massage therapist and esthetician. We work full time at a spa up in park city. We both have a snakes . They are very sweet and spend 99% of their life in their habitats. They don't roam around the house at all (they would die). When they are out they have to be held. We both have a cat as well! They are so sweet and loving. We unfortunately are at our limit that's allowed when it comes to pets so we are not looking for anyone with pets. I'm really sorry about that. We like to have little get togethers and have people over from time to time, but for the most part the house is pretty chill. I work a full time job and have a part time job. The house it 420 friendly (mostly me). We are super easy going. I am the owner of the house so I do expect the house to be maintained and respected. We like to keep the common areas clean day to day and we all pitch in to maintain that. Also if we have any problem with the house I am the landlord and I make sure things get fixed promptly(: Rent for the room and shared bathroom is $650 + set rate of $100 for utilities, 1g high speed internet, rent for your own parking spot, access to pool, property conveniences and what not. So you can expect a flat $750 rate per month. Please let me know if you have any interest. We are looking forward to have a like minded roommate and friend join our household(: You will have a designated parking spot very close to property, utilities include access to pool and other property conveniences, we have 2 cats and that is the limit of the property so no pets.
