Hi everyone I have a vacation home in the gated Solterra resort in Davenport, Florida which I am now leasing out per bedroom with one year leases. Each room is secure with separate door codes and fully furnished including a tv. $38 optional year pass for clubhouse access which includes exercise room, common pool area with slides, lazy river, tennis courts with rackets and balls provided. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, one bedroom with it's own full bathroom and hot tub as well. The garage houses the game room. The pool is in the back and will be heated throughout the winter, parts of the fall and spring. there is a table, pool chairs, grill adjacent to the pool. upstairs has the movie room in the loft space and the remaining six bedrooms. Two bedrooms have their own full bathrooms and the other four bedrooms share two bathrooms in a set up where there is one full bathroom in between two bedrooms so 2:1 ratio. The downstairs bedroom has been leased however the six bedrooms upstairs are available from May 1st. pricing as follows: room 1: downstairs room with king bedroom, bathroom and hot tub $1200 monthly-leased from june 1st room 2: queen bedroom, full bathroom. $1000 monthly-leased from june 1st room 3: queen bedroom, private full bathroom. $1000 monthly.-available may 1st room 4: queen bedroom, shared bathroom. $800 monthly.-available may 1st room 5: full bedroom, shared bathroom. $800 monthly.available may 1st room 6: queen bedroom, shared bathroom. $800 monthly. -available may 1st room 7: king size. shared bathroom. $800 monthly. -available may Ist. one year lease first month rent, one month security landlord/employer reference background check $40 fee
