Subletting this apartment. It's only 0.4 mile from IIT, so the majority of the tenants are students. I've only lived in this apartment for 1 month, it's really clean & new. Utility package is $45, water is included in rent. The only extra fee you need to pay is internet. I will pay your electric bill, so In total, you'll need to pay 939+45 = 984 per month. Since I am subletting this apartment, my landlord(Lake Meadow) needs to do a background check as well as a credit check, their policy is that, if you have a criminal background, they will reject you, sorry about that 6 month - 15 month
