I'm looking for a roommate to share my recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the Silverado Ranch area. It's on the second floor and offers a beautiful pool view from the balcony. You'll have your own bathroom and walk-in closet. The condo is fully furnished all you need to bring is a bed and bed frame. This is a gated community with access to a pool and hot tub. Rent is $900/month. I work from home, so I prefer a roommate who works outside the home. No additional pets, as I already have a sweet mini poodle named Rallo. Female roommate preferred. Move-in ready by July 11th. Must be willing to meet at Starbucks before moving forward. I prefer a non-smoking roommate. The lease will be for three months at a time to start. I'd love to extend it to a year if we're a good fit.
