The spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with 8 beds, making it perfect for group getaways. The thoughtfully designed layout combines comfort and style, with the second bedroom located within the living area and can be separated by large curtains for added privacy. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and essentials needed to prepare meals, and the private bathroom is fully equipped with everything necessary for your comfort. Enjoy free access to the building's pool and fitness center. One vehicle per reservation is eligible for complimentary valet parking, but trucks are not allowed. The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, with free detergent provided. Pets are permitted based on size, but a cleaning fee will apply depending on the length of your stay: 14 nights: $25 per pet per night, 529 nights: $200 per pet, and 30+ nights: $300 per pet. Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Vehicles exceeding the size limits will be denied entry during check-in. This includes vehicles with breathalyzers, unsafe modifications, faulty braking systems, large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, or any vehicle that accommodates 10 or more passengers or exceeds 6'8" in height, dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, external lockers, or containers, vehicles with aftermarket lift kits, oversized rims, or custom tires, and motorcycles or tricycles that do not have standard car-style controls. Guest verification is required before stay, including providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, completing an online verification process, and undergoing a background check if needed. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. Guests must submit all required information within 24 hours of booking or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. Failure to complete verification within the specified time may result in cancellation of your reservation.
