This is a special magical place! Fantastic south Felton location. Darling house with Doug fir floors and CUTE absolutely everything! A contractor and artist have lived here for 22 years. The house is adorable but so is the yard which they have used every inch of. Wedgewood stove, dual-paned windows and doors, skylights, gas fireplaces, radiant heat flooring, charming covered porch and secret gardens are a few cool things. The home/property are great now, but there is more you can do if desired. Previous owners used sunroom as 2nd bedroom making it a 2/1. Current use is 1/1. My daughter calls this house lemon-y, as in SUNNY. The sellers call it Good Funky. You can call it whatever you want. But if I were you, I'd call it HOME. Do not follow GPS. Take Hwy 9 south, RT on Lakeview, RT on Brookside WAY, RT on Gold. Limited parking on Gold, except for garage, so you may want to park on Brookside and walk up. The property goes from Gold to Brookside, road to road. Make sure you see it all!
