The tenant in the unit on the left is locked into a year lease at $1150 per month and I can't say enough good things about them. The unit on the right rents for $1300. There is a large basement/ utility area/ storage with a water heater and furnace. The backyard is large and features a fire pit and a storage shed. The yard is maintained by an automatic sprinkler system. I have a mini split HVAC system that is going to be installed on the left unit before closing and the right unit is ducted without A/C so I am willing to put in a new furnace and A/C or a mini-split on the right. Currently it has a window unit. This has been a solid money maker for years and I don't mind keeping it so am not willing to entertain lowball offers.
