Metro-Mover station literally on the corner for free elevated movement. The yearly Miami Boat/Yacht show (February) and Art Basel (December) events are just outside your door. Last, but not least, the airport is (again, literally) 13 minutes away. Lastly: a Citibike station is at the building's entrance. The apartment is well divided, with a great bay view balcony, large living room and bedroom, walk in closet; floor to ceiling windows. The exterior building renovation is done on the apartment side.
