The Stratford Inn in Ashland will be renting hotel rooms for long term use, from November, 2019 to March 1, 2020. Limited availability. Each room rented out is an individual basis per week or in one month blocks. The Stratford Inn is located in downtown Ashland across the street from Safeway. There is an on-site coffee shop (Boulevard Coffee), an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as access to a 24 hour gym (Anytime Fitness). The rooms come equipped with two Queen beds, a mini-fridge/freezer combination, microwave, TV, dresser, armoire, small table, desk, telephone, and two chairs. Cable television and wireless internet are included. There are on-site laundry facilities. Rent is $900/month, with a $600 damage/security deposit due at move in. Upon move out, there will be a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00. We also offer rentals by the week. The weekly price is $420 + a 11.8% tax. All stays must be paid for in advance. No refunds. All rates are based on single occupancy. An additional occupant may be considered at an additional cost. You must provide your own linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, etc.), shower curtain, recycle bin and trash can. We are a 100% non-smoking facility and we don't allow pets. All long term rooms will be cleaned twice per month by our cleaning staff. Our long term rental agreements do not include daily housekeeping service or access to our continental breakfast.
