I own a lovely condo at Keahou Place and am based overseas for work and only visit my condo a few times a year. The condo is a fully furnished 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, with only the master and ensuite available for rent by a roommate. The unit includes a washer dryer, fully stocked kitchen, lanai, patio furniture with wine fridge. The building offers gym, parcel collection, pool, hot tub, bbq's, and more. All you need to provide are linens. I am seeking a responsible professional who can take advantage of this unique arrangement. The second bedroom (my space) is available for guests if needed, but not for permanent accommodation. If you're interested in this rental, please share some details about yourself in the response. Lease terms must be at least 6 months (preferably 12 months) and an automatic renewing lease with small increase in rent per lease term will be applied.
