The house is old, not in very good condition. Several problems with heating/water heating/water pressure. Floors need redone in every room in the house, Kitchen is in need of remodeling. Electrical work may be required also. It's a good fix it up project that will last for years, I guarantee it. It is also surrounded by trains that come in and out countless times throughout the day and night. The surrounding roads are also in poor condition meaning you shouldn't be bringing a nice car home if you want it to stay that way. All alleyways are in terrible condition as well.
