My husband and I are moving into our first home and we are looking for someone to take our lease. We live in a two bedroom apartment in lovely Westerville and close to many places such as Easton, and easy Interstate access. We are moving in October and we hope to have someone in here the week after we move (oct 12). Pets of all sizes are welcome here, I myself have a lab collie mix. The community is great especially for our furry friends, there are lots of dog lovers and a fenced in dog park. They also have other amenities such as a tennis court, gym, tanning bed, and pool. The community is in the center of a beautiful country club so not a lot of traffic in and out of the community and exceptional landscaping. Your lease will start in October and end on the last day of December. By taking over our lease you will be paying over $50 less than other tenants for the same apartment).
