The notes section at the bottom of the report notes he couldn’t get the GFCI bubble cover open...that GFCI plug protects the motors that he noted needed a GFCI. So the motors already have a GFCI plug and it works fine. I will send pictures later... The sump pump noted as operational all the time doesn’t actually operate all the time it only kicks on when the well gets enough water in it to trigger the pump to turn on...and in 4 years we’ve not had a problem. The P-trap is out in front of the one bay garage and was noted in the original inspection report As needing adjustment so water would go into drain and not flower bed.
