As I look at the current market I can't help but to think about the past and how it always impacts the future. Really and truly the past strangely looks like the future. It is almost as if we are on a Merry-Go-Round that never stops. In spite of the market there is no denying the power of hard work and faith in the basic principles of how the market works and in the Lord. In theses times it is difficult to know what to do. We need to re-think the things we have been accustomed to and look to the principles of basic common sense. The more people that look at your home the higher the probability will be of selling your home. In Real Estate there is a saying "List to Live", my saying is "don't list unless you are sure you can sell the property yourself". So for me before I list a home I must see that I can sell the home for the price of the listing. I am not counting on other agents to sell the home because in this market that is unrealistic.
