It is an upstairs apartment in a two-family flat. It comes with your own washer and dryer and large storage area in the basement, and your own detached 2 car garage. The apartment has a lot of character: large glass and wood built in cabinets, sunset-facing stained glass windows, french doors, as well as other small details (for example, the bathroom has an old Gentlemen sign bolted to the door!). There is a small room off the kitchen that has been used as an office.It s an extremely well-insulated home; even in the ruthless winter we had last year, all of my utilities combined were never more than $150/month.The apartment is also very pet friendly both dogs and cats - with a big fenced in backyard and no pet deposit. The landlords are the best landlords I ve ever had; this is their only rental property, and so they are very responsive and laid back. The downstairs neighbor is very nice, and will probably offer you food on a daily basis. If not for the new job in a different city, I could see myself living in this apartment for several more years.I am subleasing this apartment, and will pay the first month's rent for anyone who will take over my lease. The home is available at the end of May.
