I will be doing an open house for anyone interested on Saturday 2/25 from 3-4pm This is a cute single family home on a big lot on a quiet street. New Fridge was installed along with a disposal in 2021. Has beautiful bay window in the front and a covered porch great for enjoying the outside. Pets are on a case by case basis for additional fees ($250 non refundable pet deposit and $50 per pet). Previous tenants have said water ran around $50 a month and heat/electric was around $150/month. Tenant is responsible for maintenance of the yard however the owner will provide the lawn mower to maintain it (will also pay to service the mower when necessary). No smoking in the house. Lease start date is 3/1/23 looking for a 12 month lease, but open to discussion for shorter term leases for additional dollars. The house will be professional cleaned prior to move in.
