Nice and big. Tenant is friendly but strict. No nonsense. Safe area with lots of traffic. I check credit, background, paystubs, and references. If you cant show me any of this GOOD LUCK! Like I said no nonsense im not in a hurry to rent out if property will be destroyed. NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS! owner pays trash sewage water. Tenant pays gas electric
