We love our home. Not huge, but not small. 2000+ sq. ft., 2 floors, 4 br 2.5 bath, big backyard, not crazy about the HOA. They've given us some grief as of late. Slight water damage to the kitchen ceiling (located under the master bath)- guessing the tub or toilet overflowed at some point prior to us owning it. No mold though. Easy fix.
