Many amenities, central air, gas fireplace, laundry, and extensive land that belongs to the HOA with streams, ponds, small waterfalls, basketball court, etc. Easy commute to campus and elsewhere in Boulder, near buses, and bike trails. Fastest WiFi connection available for residential use. Trager wood smoke grill on patio. Open to some pets, especially cats. No smoking in the house, but there's a great stone patio with awnings and hangout areas. Quick walk to Bobolink trail. No smoking in the house. Cats OK, other pets negotiable.
