Street parking within the gated community and right outside. The bedroom can come unfurnished or furnished with a queen size bed, small writing desk, and chair for an additional cost. The home has a spacious kitchen, laundry, backyard with grill + outdoor dining, and third floor balcony with firepit! Your roommates are one couple and one male who work from home. We love to cook or catch up on the latest movie / tv show! The community is building a clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and small exercise room. It is located close to Vons, Target, and Costco. We are within a 5 minute drive of The Forum, SoFi Stadium, and future Hollywood Park. The future green line to LAX is located within a half mile. No pets, smoking, drugs, or regular overnight guests. We host the occasional potluck / BBQ and will provide advance notice! Friends or family may visit from time to time and stay in the third floor loft, where we have a sofa bed. Our parent's dog may stay over from time to time as well. He's a 10 lb Sheltie mix and very friendly. Single occupancy only. No pets. Full credit and background check required.
