The lease is a minimum of 6 months from September 1, 2025 or later. I am looking for renters willing to do yard work, take good care of the house and able to take care small fixes. Non-smokers only. No AC available, only central heating. Furniture (could be discussed further) includes sofas in the living room, dining tables and chairs, a queen size bed, and a piano.
