Been on this side of Marblerock? Few people have. That is because it is the section that ends in a cul-de-sac. And this house is almost at the very end. The location, school district and price will be enough to make you want to see it.....but let me tell you why you will want to buy it: 1. It's got a very open floor plan. Lots of vaulted ceilings. You get a living room AND a family room. The family room is open to the kitchen, unlike most of the older houses you are probably looking at in this area. The living room is combined with the dining room and is a HUGE open space. Even if you don't use the dining area, it makes the whole house feel larger since you can see it. 2. Shade and windows. Yeah, this is my favorite thing about this house. Bay windows, palladian windows, transom windows. It's got them all. 3. Flat driveway, large deck, fireplace and a shed are nice bonuses too.
