I recently purchased this property and will be renting out 2 of the 3 rooms, separately. The larger of the two rooms will be $650 a month, while the other will be $600 a month. This will cover all utilities, water, electricity, and internet. The current color schemes of the rooms are subject to change and the future tenant may have the final vote on the matter. There will also be a washer and dryer for use, and each room will have it's own lock and key, for the privacy and security of the tenant. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with many amiable neighbors. There is a community gym, track, and library 1 mile away from the property. When summer arrives once more I will also properly set up the pool for tenant use. My house is pet friendly as long as they are house broken. I am an officer in the Army, and because of this I unfortunately will not be able to rent to any active enlisted service members. I will also be living in the property will any future tenants and would like to create a fun but professional environment. The lease for each room can range from 3 to 12 months, with possibility for renewal. All applicants will be subject to a credit check as well as an interview. This is to protect myself and any future tenants at my property. Must have a minimum credit score of 670
