Looking for a tenant to agree to a lease transfer through the managers at Sullivan Place Apartments. My current lease ends August 3rd, 2020. Rent per month is $2,200, however I will supplement the tenant with $850 per month until August 3rd. The tenant will be paying for a 12-month lease rate for a short term lease. On August 23rd the tenant can either leave or agree to another lease with Sullivan Place. Tenant pays for internet and power. Owner pays for gas and water.
