    As you pull up to this large property residing at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll find the home freshly resided and painted. The roof has also been replaced less than 4 years ago. The small front yard allows the drive way to be large enough to park several vehicles and also provides a concrete pad into the gated backyard perfect for RV parking. You notice the new LED outdoor fixtures as you walk the a modern front door that is complete with a screen door. If you would have turned left after entering the home you would pass a closet on your left (works well as pantry, pet food, jacket storage) on your way into the linoleum lined kitchen backs up to and irrigation canal, you'd notice the newer dish washer in front of you and the newer electric range on your left. It also has a small landing area great for Bar-B-qeuing, there is also a landing outside of the master bedroom large enough for a hot tub (the home has a 220 Volt box near this pad for hot tub wiring). For a smaller under 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom house it is laid out well and utilizes the smaller space quite well.
