Good for 1 person. $650/mo*. #2 Bedroom has a full size bed, bed linens and towels, desk, sofa bed, closet, chair, door lock, fireplace, shared bathroom. Free access to the pool, spa, 2 outdoor sitting areas, entertainment center, living room, dining area, kitchen with shared fridge, washer/dryer. Good for 1-2 person. $750/mo* ($250/mo extra for 2nd person) #3 The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bed linens and towels, TV, desk, chairs, coffee table, closet, door lock, private bathroom. That includes: $100/mo per roommate for the internet, pool/spa cleaning once a week, common area cleaning once a month. $150/mo per roommate during the hot season (May-Oct) or $100/mo during the cold season (Nov-Apr) for gas, water and electricity. We have a pretty big parking space, but we allow one car per person. More parking spaces by request. Move-Out cleaning $150 (one time charge). Background check, credit history report and employment verification are required. No exceptions. No crime, no evictions, no missing payments, no bad renters history. No illegal drug users, no marijuana or cigarette smoking inside the house. Deposit is equivalent to x1-1.5 month rent (depends on your credit history and background check). Minimum 3 month lease
