We have a Nextgen suite available for rent. This unit has a separate private entry door and has complete privacy. We have done substantial work to make it as private as possible ,(Solid core security door(common door),both side latch so that no one can accidentally open the common door , blinds +curtains installed , acoustic panels installed to reduce noise further . Its a perfect private small house for 1-2person. It does not come with full cooking range. However we have added single induction cooktop and portable exhaust fan and an Airfryer grill oven for light cooking. - This house has a lot of sunlight and 3 windows for all day ventilation. It has curtains +blinds . - We are a very friendly couple living with our 4 month old son and 4 year old beagle. Pets are welcome but we will charge a cleaning fee as part of professional service cleaning when you vacate the house (Depending on the condition of the house ) . Additional $50 for utility, electricity and Internet. Renters are expected to use these facilities responsibly . Maximum adult allowed 2 . Small/Medium dog allowed (weight upto 40lb) ,Cats are welcome No smoking inside the house . Street parking . First month rent due at signing along with the deposit .
