The primary bedroom is the entire upper level and has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a private bathroom with full size tub. Tenants pay gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. This Point Breeze double duplex is located a block from Frick Park and the bus stop at Forbes & Braddock, and it's only a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of Regent Square. The entire building was recently gutted and renovated featuring all new insulation, plumbing, windows, electric, and HVAC. Each apartment has a private deck, private laundry (not coin operated) and a storage room in the basement. There is one off street parking space in the rear for each apartment. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
