I have no idea where you got this recent info. The home has two bathrooms and always has had. It has an enclosed sun room that was not in value. It also has a workshop and it was build in 1976 not 1980. There is also an enclosed workshop on the property.At one time you had the info correct with right number of bathrooms and a workshop and recently changed it. Property next door very similar just sold for $190,000 and the one on other side sold for $64,000. It is same as a tear down with 600 square feet. It is also waterfront
