This home is a one owner only townhome that was built in 2008. The units were either rented or could be purchased as well. After renting the home for 5 years I decided to purchase the home. The mortgage payment is cheaper than rent and I have a huge yard, garage, driveway and basement. In 2022 I had a completely new architectural roof installed, new garage door because it was never installed properly. And repainted most rooms.
