The location is very close to canyon lodge (0.5 mi) which is great for winter skiing access, close to the village ( 0.6 mi about a 10 min walk), and the lakes basin is just a quick drive or bike. You can also walk over to lakeview and hop on the shuttle if you want to take public transportation. 6 month lease, unit is available starting November 1st. First month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. Additional deposit required for pets. Renter is responsible for electricity (Avg. $ 70 to $ 110 depending on use). Owner pays for water, trash, snow removal, basic cable and internet. No outside storage allowed of any kind.
