This apartment is a beautiful space that has just recently had brand new windows installed, as well as a brand new floor to cover the entire apartment. A fresh coat of paint was also recently done to make this place look even better. You will have your own laundry room as well as central heat and air conditioning. You will be entitled to half of the driveway including a spot in the garage to park your car. Owner of the house will pay for water, you will be responsible for gas and electric. Small animals may be allowed depending on the situation but must be discussed with me before. No smoking inside the house. This will be a 6 month lease to start off and if it's a good fit we can extend to 1 year leases. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and a $50 late fee will be added on if not payed by the 15th of the month. Owner of the house will maintain the lawn and snow removal for the property.
