Studio / 1Ba 450sq ft This beautifully furnished studio offers all the amenities you need, including air conditioning, hardwood flooring, and a private bathroom with shower. It also features a laundry room on-site for a fee, parking, and a private entrance. The studio is located in a beautiful garden setting with BBQ access. The rent is $150 extra for utilities and tax. The move-in date is September 3rd, 2026. Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and the unit is single-occupancy. The first month's rent plus a one-month security deposit is required. A background check, proof of employment, references, and previous landlord information are also required. A lease agreement will be provided upon acceptance of the application.
