There are laundry hook ups on the 1st floor. There is also plenty of storage as well as access to the attic. We really did go through this house completely to make it as close to a new home as possible. This would make a great single family home or could easily be split to have an upstairs apartment. This house will make a great, trouble free home for years to come.
