We need someone to take over our lease for 4- or 5-months (thru June 24, 2018). Private patio has incredible urban views of both the Prudential building and the John Hancock Building, privately terraced from your neighbors and a great size for grilling or just relaxing outdoors. Dogs and Cats are OK (there is an additional monthly fee through property management co. for each animal). Garage parking is also available for an additional monthly fee. This unit is on the Penthouse Floor of an elevator building, so easy move-in and wheelchair accessible. We are flexible to rent as furnished or will move our furniture out if you prefer. Will be moving out in January, so available any time (flexible to start now or Feb 1) for 5-month lease (our lease ends June 24, 2018). If you love your time here, the Property Management company would happily sign a longer lease after June 24, 2018. We can show the unit almost any night and weekends starting Sunday, Jan. 14th. Utilities are included except for electric (varies $40-70/ mo depending on how high you keep the heat) and cable/ wifi (our wifi is $40/mo) which new tenant will have to move both into your name.
