The cottage is located on the east side of Crystal Lake offering views of the sunset. It offers 3 bedrooms with capacity for 6(maybe 7). Pot belly stove, porch, skylights, hammock, and a boat are a few of the touches. The cottage is set back off the access road and offers the peace and quiet only the lakefront can provide. Weather is comfortable through mid-September. A sandy beach featured in one of the photos is a few hundred yards from the cottage and is appropriate for small children. The dock, which is within 100 steps of the cottage, is good for swimming and sunbathing. Along the dock, gravel blends into a sandy bottom. There are NO lily pads or grasses along the shoreline. The village of Gilmanton Iron Works is located a few miles down Mountain Rd. Boats o.k. Dogs o.k. Tennis courts on site.
