However, near the end of the street is a trail that follows Butcher Knife Creek for a ways and leads to a dog park several blocks away. Downtown is about a 10 minute walk, leading to many stores, restaurants, and the 'Yampa River. Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs and access to Buffalo Pass is about a 15 - 20 minute drive. You'll love the location. Quiet, but close to everything.
