    Beautiful custom-built brick home is located on 20+ acres, that adjoin THOUSANDS of acres of managed timber forests. The land is indeed AG-exempt as well. Note: This home was flooded by Hurricane Harvey, and tropical storm Imelda. There is a creek that runs through this property that is prone to flooding during heavy storms.
