The Landlord reserves the right to remove any guest from the property for any reason prior to 5 days time without explanation, but for which would be reasons of security, safety, and protection of property. The Landlord reserves the right to make use of friends, neighbors, and hiring contractors to assist in tasks such as package delivery, house maintenance, and pet care. Landlord may include cleaning services as an additional fee if services are required. Concerns that may arise will be addressed to ensure tenants feel safe. Additionally, the Landlord and the Tenant may agree on a case-by-case basis to reduce the rent based on tasks performed by the Tenant as requested and deemed acceptable by the Landlord, that may include but is not limited to caring for pets in Landlord's absence, yard maintenance, or deep cleaning common areas.
