The house is walking distance to the tennis and the basketball courts. Location is close to 880 (W. Calaveras Blvd), 680 and 237 freeways (for easy commute, shopping, and entertainment). Please do not disturb current tenants. Tenant responsible for all utilities.(Internet/Electric/Gas/Water/Trash/Sewer). Front yard to be maintained by Tenant as per HOA requirements. No evictions. Must provide proof of income (3 months paystub & 3 months account statement) There is no application fee, but before signing the lease, credit report and background check payments to be paid (40$/Adult)
