It's a three bedroom one bath .bath has lots of storage and cabinets. The third bedroom has been added onto the mobile home and it's a very large room. In fact, it is 288 ft. that added on Room and the whole rest of the trailer is 783 ft. for a total of 1056 ft. It's about more than half the length of the entire mobile home and it is attached off of the living room. The other two bedrooms have walk-in closet they're not enormous, but they're big enough . One of the bedrooms has a door that goes to the bathroom. There are washer dryer hook ups comes with the stove/oven and the modern refrigerator. There is an awesome screened in porch with ceiling fan on the front and you're surrounded by woods. The owner has chickens on the property which you can get fresh eggs from and he also has an inground pool on the property that you're allowed to use as well. prefers no pets (but you can ask if you have a small pet possibly and if allowed you would be expected to give a non refundable $200 pet deposit prior to move in )no subleasing no college students no drugs and alcohol and no parties unless it's family oriented. This rental is for a family type renters.
