IMPORTANT NOTE Aug. 16, 2024 - Beach & Tennis Club is currently under renovation of common areas and amenities. Expect construction noise during the daytime and lobbies, walkways under construction. Amenities are currently not available including: community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts & grilling stations. Pool amenities are expected to be fully renovated by yearend 2024. Tennis and pickle ball courts will not be available until mid 2025. We will continuously update as new information is available.
