    We begin with the a few mentionables: corner lot, over a half of an acre, over 1500 square feet.. freshly painted! You pull up to the front of the home, and immediately are taken by the size of the property. The front yard is virtually a blank slate. Bring your green thumb and your imagination! Approaching the front door we notice a walk that wraps around to the side of the house where the two car garage sits, and then a front porch, the perfect landing place for a pair of rocking chairs. Walking in the front door into the foyer, we find a large kitchen/dining combo immediately to the right, and the living room straight ahead. Heading to the right, this space is plentiful enough to host your full dining set and a cheery window brings in tons of natural light. The kitchen overlooks the dining space with a breakfast bar. You will never want for countertop or cabinet space here! The back of the kitchen takes you around to the living room. Neutral tile graces the floors, and we are treated to a floor to ceiling bricked fireplace that pays homage to the brick exterior. The left side of the living room makes way for a hall leading to the two additional bedrooms and full spare bath. The bedrooms include wall to wall carpet and, of course, adequately sized closets. Across the home (split floor plan, for the win!) sits the master suite. Here in the bedroom we find the same plush carpet, accompanied by double closets and a large window looking out to the back yard. The master bath is perfectly sized, with a walk-in shower and the same neutral tile we found in the common areas of the home. As we conclude our tour, we head back through the living room, through the back door, and out into the vast back yard (completely privacy fenced, I might add!). A few mature oak trees are sprinkled about the yard for shade. Bring your patio chairs and table, strike up the grill, invite the neighbors (I'm sure they're lovely). Settle in and enjoy your suburban slice of Milton.
