Rental price: $1600 per month We are renting half of our duplex. NOTE: We will have open house on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30AM - 11:30AM on 2/15/25 and 2/16/25. There will be a physical copy of the application. Application fee is $20. We want long term tenants and don't allow pets. We are hoping to have long lease terms of 2 years or more.
