The location is fantastic with not just the beautiful setting that is the Shores, but plenty around including restaurants, bars, groceries, and a short drive around the bay to Downtown Traverse City. Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there. *Please note, that some outdoor amenities are not available year-round due to Michigan weather. There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. All utilities included. Fully furnished! No smoking. Lease term starts in November 2025 and ends in April 2026.
