This place is simply amazing. If I could buy it today I would. Peaceful, quiet, and tranquil location that seems to never be crowded even in the summer. New sliding doors and windows in unit. Short walk to the beach and close to other attractions and shopping. The pictures really don't do this home justice, you have to come see it. First floor bonus will be so appreciated when you have your hands full of groceries or luggage. Call me and make an appointment today because - you guessed it - this one won't last long. UPDATE: NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED THIS WEEK (5-9) AND 2 BRAND NEW A/C UNITS INSTALLED!!! This is a huge expense that new owner's will not have to worry about!!!
