Just to be clear, this is a SMALL space. A large bedroom (10'*15') and the bathroom/kitchenette make up the rest. Consider accordingly. There is a nicely sized back yard that the tenet will have access too. Only one pet please. No smokers. There are no laundry facilities on site.
